1906 in excellent condition for age.

To date, I have found no evidence of a dustjacket.
Synopsis: The first fourteen chapters identify the Widow Pickles' twins Lulu (a girl) and Zuzu (a boy) as the "hereditary heirs" of the Island of Gee Whiz due to their green and blue hair. The Private Secretary magically appears and transports them all by submarine so we can take an underwater tour (its still too obvious theatrical roots suggest about now, backstage, a chorus of pretty mermaids would be warming up, hop, step, flap, step, stomp.)
After reaching Gee Whiz, the Widow cures the King's stomachache with waffles, and the children acquire magic wands good for three wishes a week.
