Lot of 33 original Kodak safety film negatives documenting the 1952 Omaha, Nebraska flood along the Missouri River. Images include sandbagging operations, pumps and hoses, cranes and trucks, flooded streets, levees, railroad and industrial areas, volunteers working at night, and a rider on horseback with a burro in floodwater. Negatives measure about 3.5" x 2.5" and were stored in the original Kodak Super-XX Panchromatic sheet-film box. Note: Negatives have not been printed by me; the positive images shown were created digitally for identification only.
Negatives show typical light handling wear from age and storage including light surface scuffs, dust, and a few edge nicks. No major creases or tears noted. See pictures for further details on condition.
