Fair vintage condition due to Skippers head being detached and staining and flaws in the top/skirt.
Skippers hair is not in the greatest condition, but is manageable for the most part.
There is staining on the top and a small tear on the skirt along the back bottom seam.
Skipper may have some small marks/scruffs throughout her body, but nothing major.
Top is tagged "Dress, Panty, Hairbow Made in Japan". No tag on skirt. Shoes say China on the bottom.
