9 Ancient Southeast Asia Rock Crystal Stone Beads faceted - 1500 years old
A gorgeous string of 9 early hand-faceted oval shaped rock crystal beads from Southeast Asia, dating from about 1,000 to 1,500 years in age or more. The condition is mostly good, showing age and wear overall, with some minor internal fractures (normal for such beads), but still very solid. About 8 x 13 mm graduating up to 18 x 23 mm in size. The string is about 7 inches in length. There are enough beads to make a nice necklace. These are a fine example of valuable ornaments from this early perod of man's history.
