This statue has great heft, weighing-in at 12oz. The man figure itself is 6.25” tall; and, with the base included, comes in at 7”. The base footprint is somewhat trapezoidal: 2-3/4” x 3-1/8” x 2-3/4” x 3-1/8”. Actual place of origin, composition, and dating of this piece are unknown.
The accompanying photographs honestly depict the flaws and markings.
I’d prefer to label this item as a fertility figurine; but, alas, the gentleman boasts no such significant attributes as would inspire such puffery. They’re notably androgynous down there in the nether regions.
Nice piece, nevertheless . . . so to speak.
