The cameo is left facing, that is scarcer that the right facing cameos.
On the back it is stamped Gold Front Frame, and has a simple c-clasp closure.
The cameo is in good antique condition, no cracks to the cameo face, no repairs.
It measures 1.5 inch in length, and over 1 inch across.
