Ive had these earbuds for anout 2 years now and the earbuds themselves work fine the 2 biggest issues is that the shell is coming apart, it should be an easy fix with glue. Also the battery doesnt last long, it lasts about 45 mins or mabye a bit longer. It can be fixed as well but its a bit too complicated for me. If you know how, then perfect!
I did my absolute best to take care of them since they’re expensive but I believe the glue came apart since I live in AZ, the tempuratures are extreme and I believe the battery inside the earbuds have simply degraded
Overall the earbuds and case work fine, wireless charging works. it connects to a phone properly, EQ, microphones, and ANC works as it should but sadly has those 2 biggest issues.
