I bought this about 25 years ago, it was quite expensive, in a boutique and used to wear it with fishnets and platform New Rocks... A quality skirt... The elasicated waist band is bit twisted, this always happens, but doesn't affect wear or aesthetic.. Been quite hard to measure... I used to wear it as a UK size 8.. The length from waist to hem is approx 16/17 inches and the waist unstretched is approx 17inches?.. with few inches stretch... marked as a medium?But check your measurements first...I ship using upcycled packaging, any questions please ask as no returns.
