The back reads "OVM Plated DENMARK" I believe that this means "Orla Vagn Mogensen" and that it is silver plated, but I'm not sure.
The bowl of the spoon has Sinclair Auditorium engraved in it. The neck reads "COE COLLEGE". And the handle has the school seal / crest.
Has a patina, not that shiny. If you wanted to I'm sure it could be polished, but many like the patina. I believe it is vintage.
