Very good condition, very warm coat. I’m about 5ft 5, it sits about at my knee in length. Velcro on the hood, as shown in picture. Size 36, as shown, I’d say 10-12, depending on the fit you like. It is shower proof, but could use a coating with more spray around the arms, as in very heavy rain a little water does get through. No marks/ rips, very good condition.
