A rare find. Bought this about 20 years ago. This is ‘Our Aim Is True’, version 1 I believe - a bootleg released on Stiff Records where the artist is listed as ‘Elvis Costello and The Rumour’. Early EC songs/demos on there, some live. Produced by Nick Lowe in 1977. Says ‘Promotional Copy, Not For Sale’ Sleeve has come apart slightly in one corner as shown in pic. Front image appears pasted on, possibly due to being a promotional copy.
