First Edition, RARE, The Making of the Dark Crystal Book

We have this great VINTAGE READ/USED The Making of the Dark Crystal, Creating A Unique Film book, Text by Christopher Finch.

This book is EXTREMELY RARE. It was a limited release from the Jim Henson estate. It reveals the amazing world behind the scenes of the Dark Crystal and with over 200 photographs most in full color and never published before, The Making of the Dark Crystal tells the whole story, from original idea to extraordinary execution, of a film that is truly unique,

The book is a larger paperback one (11.7” x 8.5”). It was produced in 1983 by Henson Organizing Publishing, is a First Edition, and the ISBN number 0-03-063332-X.

The book has some minor visible minor shelf wear; it is mostly around all the corners/edges and there is some sticker residue on the front cover. From age, there is some minor yellowing to a few of the pages. There are NO creases, NO rips, or NO tears to any of the pages, it is in excellent condition considering age.
