Groco, 316 Stainless Steel Raw Water Strainer with 304 Stainless Steel Basket, ARGS Series. The extremely popular ARG strainer is easily identified by its lack of tie rods and ease of maintenance. The ARGS is available with either a corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel basket or, for the ultimate in corrosion resistance, a monel basket (recommended for saltwater use). Some models are available with a plastic basket.

- Screw-on retainer cap allows for easy no-tools maintenance

- Mounting system with reusable strap allows removal of entire strainer without tools
- Stainless Steel castings
- Ports are threaded internally for NPT pipe connections - 1/2" to 3"pipe sizes available
- Filter basket specifications: 0.077" diameter holes, 96 holes / inx 2 & 45% open area
