They repair damaged hair gradually and strengthen. Keep in mind to try every other day and see if it works for you, because too much protein isn't a good thing either. just enough is good.

I stopped using this only because i have TWO hair issues to address: hair breakage AND thin weak hair. Since masks and conditioners are heavy on thin hair, i had to stop using to now address thin hair not the damage anymore. So, now my loss is your gain!
