It doesn’t appear snagged (but could be) so maybe from how it was handled? They aren’t all that obvious. See photos. I think when worn if sort of looks like a crease or fold unless you are looking hard. Otherwise, in good pre-owned condition. Bust is approximately 44-45 inches (22-22.5 inches pit to pit) and length is approximately 28-29 inches.
