New with tags but it looks like the fabric may be a little ...distressed(?) near the chest. The texture on just the dots is a little off. It's not something anyone would notice if you're wearing it I don't think. See photos.
Also, there's probably a dozen or so teeny tiny specks of glitter that aren't literally stuck to the dress but they are being a bit stubborn. I don't know why there was some glitter on this dress but I got most off with tape, there's just likely a few stubborn flecks I missed.
