Beautiful pink iro-tomesode (semi-formal kimono). Purchased at Takashimaya.
Although it's an iro-tomesode, it has only one subtle sewn crest, and the overall color scheme is subdued, so it can be worn with the feel of a houmongi (visiting kimono) or tsukesage (semi-formal kimono).
The geometric embroidery is a distinctive feature, and gold thread is also used.
As it is a work by a specific artist, it has a signature, and the lining (hakake) has a hem pattern that continues from the main fabric.
I think it would be good to use it for various occasions such as weddings, entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, theater visits, dinners, concerts, and art museums.
