This ultra Rare Hardcover was Published in San Francisco by Saalfield Publications, with permission by King Features Syndicate and reprints the Newspaper strips that originally appeared in Hearst Newspapers! This IS NOT Listed in the Overtsreet Price Guide, but if you look in the "Platinum Age Comics" section, there are 11 Listings of their earliest apperances before this book was released. I do believe that this book collects most, if not all, of those early issues!
Created by H.H. Knerr, this 1st edition Hardcover follows The Katzenjammer Kids through some humourous romps on a Mountain!!
