This is a new in package, vintage Pokemon Jigglypuff keychain by Basic Fun. You don't see this one very often and especially new in package. Surprisingly, the bubble on this one has gotten a little yellowed from age. I've only seen this a few times with these keychains. Overall, a great piece! A fun little pvc Jigglypuff with attached keychain that fits inside of its own pokeball. Click the front of the pokeball for it to fling open revealing the Pokemon inside. Dare I say this is a shiny Jigglypuff? It's eyes look like if green to me. Maybe.
