This lovely glass plate was distributed in 1977 to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This is made of clear glass with a cobalt blue backing to highlight the decorative images: in the center a picture of the Queen, with Westminster Abbey, Caernarvon Castle, Windsor Castle, Holyrood Palace, Sandringham, Buckingham Palace, Edinburgh Castle, Balmoral Castle, and the Tower of London all around. The plate has a slightly wavy or scalloped edge and is about 10" across.
