Vintage Mouli Parsmint herb grinder. It was invented by Jean Mantelet in 1932 and manufactured by the French company Mouli, the ancestor of Moulinex. The device is used for chopping herbs like parsley and mint. It is made of metal with a yellow plastic handle (some damage -see photos) The device can be opened for cleaning and the handle can be set up for either right-handed or left-handed use.
