I've only used the accessories a few times for my Realcare baby. I bought them used a couple years ago so they aren't in perfect condition but everything still work as they should. The remote will need batteries. The bottle has a bit of the rubber missing. I also never got the lid for it when I bought it. The outfit and diapers have some pilling but they are clean. Sold as a set only. Not separately.
