This is a gorgeous short dress with a large collar. Made and designed by SJP in the UK,one of a kind. A gorgeous heavy weight tartan ,looks great with black tights and brogues. I bought it on this site( too big) and sent it to be altered by SJP to fit a size 12. It is beautifully made and has pockets .
