This is a old anime cel, the pain they use back then was different then today, because it's old it has a strong smell , the Previous owner didn't take care of it , this is why you need to have it somewhere, where the sun wouldn't hit it, room temperature is not hot. It comes with a double genga sketch but just the mouth. The cel was waves, as you can see in the picture.
