The cutest little dress! Tutu hem. There is a rose on the right hand side where the tutu starts. The bodice has pads and wiring that keeps its shape. The straps are adjustable, so they wont be falling off! Its hard not to feel like a Y2K ballet queen in this dress. I didnt notice any sequins or beading missing, there is one bead that is coming loose and can easily be fixed. A quality vintage dress in excellent pre-owned condition, no stains, tears, or smells.
