I could not find another example using Google Lens.
Possibly silver or nickel plated, the plating is worn off in spots, specifically on the top of the heads
It is marked with a manufacturer, although I cannot make out the mark on the backside. It could be the Jennings Brothers insignia...below the square box is the numbers "648"
