Vintage Edith Flagg California Black Dress Black Beaded Shoulder Embellishment. No size tag, guessing its a Large / Xl size by the measurements.
This dress has so many details in its design. Keyhole with hook & eye at the back. Beaded applique on the left shoulder over top of pleats that open up to a side drape. Dolman sleeves that lead to extra long cuff with gathers.
