This is a vintage Polaroid Land Camera Model 80A, also known as the "Highlander".
It is a classic instant camera that uses Type 30 roll film, which is no longer manufactured.
It was produced from 1957-1959 and originally retailed for $72.75.
The camera features a 100mm f/8.8 lens, a two-speed shutter (1/25s and 1/100s, plus Bulb), and M-sync for flash.
