This appears to be a carnival prize or similar. I'm guessing it's from the 1960s. It is stuffed with mini styrofoam pieces. The fabric is fragile and the seams are wearing in places. One little hole in a seam under one foot. Vibrant colors and cute little beret. His head flops to one side. Interesting curio! Frayed tag says made in Taiwan. It will be shipped in a box for protection.
