The Vollrath 40841 is a Cayenne Electric Countertop Rotisserie Oven. Built out of sturdy stainless steel, which is as easy to clean as it is durable, this rotisserie boasts glass walls for its front and rear which allows you to check the progress of the items cooking within. It also lets your customers investigate their options for meals and potential side dishes. Able to hold 15 three-pound chickens, you can also cook all kinds of other products by placing them in the wire baskets. In order to remove items, just take out the basket and either package or serve the foods your customers are looking for. By having a small amount of water at the bottom of the full size drip tray, which is removable, grease wont smoke out your area. The timer controls the heat circuit, so you can set the temperature to cook for up to two hours. In order to keep the hot air moving throughout the cabinet, a circulating fan runs quietly, not adding unnecessary noise.
