VTG 1950s Japan Marked "SILVER" Akoya Pearls Flower Nosegay PIN Brooch Estate

For your consideration is this blissful silver brooch with pearls accents. Talk about going down a rabbit hole with this piece...It is simply marked "Silver" on the back side. There is no maker's hallmark or metal purity mark present. It is very much styled like high end cultured pearl jewelry produced during this time frame and I believe the piece to have been produced in Japan during the 1950s. The pearls were reamed so that the silver tendrils can fit inside rather than being glued onto the piece. It weighs right at 4 grams and measures 1.64 inches long by 1 inch tall. The three pearls measure at 3.3mm, 3.4mm and 3.6mm in diameter each. It is a beautiful and exquisite piece and has a very Scottish look to it. This would look stunning worn as a pendant or a millinery accoutrement. Simply a timeless piece.
