Vintage hand stitched wool crewel embroidery framed wall art featuring a child in perhaps a Dutch or German Cap, carrying a knapsack or shoulder bag and a walking stick. On the stick is perched a cheerful little blue bird, while a brown bunny rabbit peeks out from behind a tree. The design is from the 1970s by Bucilla, number 1742. This is a completed work, not a kit. Nice vintage condition: there is a snag or break or missing stitch on the boy's shoe near the edge of the frame and the brown paper on the back is ripped with some old tape repairs. See photos. About 17 1/2" wide, 21 1/2" tall.
