WARRANTY

When you purchase Silicon Power PC, you’re covered by our 1-year warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. This warranty does not cover issues caused by changing components in the PC (i.e. adding storage or additional RAM), abusing, misusing, any unauthorized repair or modification and accidental damage (i.e. liquid damage , power surges, etc.). Customer will be responsible for shipping or offering failed components for inspection in case of failure–the requirement for which may be waived by Silicon Power when our RMA Team deems that there is no further troubleshooting needed. The return period is 14 days from purchase. There is a 5% restocking fee for unopened products and a 15% restocking fee for opened or used products. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All sales are final. There is no returns or exchanges allowed after 14-day return period. Silicon Power is not liable for any loss of profits or other consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.
